URBNSURF Partners is the team behind the two most utilised surf parks in the world: live operating expertise, proven systems and real data, applied to your project.

URBNSURF Partners brings the operating experience of two of the world’s leading surf parks to your project. The systems that run them, the data behind them and the judgement that only comes from owning and operating them.
URBNSURF Partners is the team behind our Melbourne and Sydney surf parks. We bring the operating expertise, systems and live data we build every day to surf park projects around the world. Our experience isn’t fixed in time. As the industry evolves, so do we, giving our partners access to current thinking shaped by what we’re learning on the ground, every day.
You bring your project. We apply our experience and real operating data to validate your model and help clear the milestone in f ront of you.
Where the project, data and relationship align, we can become your long-term operating partner
A staged approach to partnerships
You bring your plan. We apply our IP. We use our operating data and expertise to validate or strengthen your model and clear a specific milestone: a capital raise, a land parcel, an approval. Our IP stays with us.
The long horizon. Where a project is validated, the data supports it and our IP is in place, a long-term agreement to operate the park alongside you becomes the natural end state. The culmination of the relationship, not the entry point.

Commercial Assumptions Review
We are testing Surf Farm’s commercial assumptions against URBNSURF’s live operating data: demand and utilisation, pricing across session, learn-to-surf, membership and event products, seasonality, beginner participation, member economics and catchment modelling. Every material assumption carries a confidence rating and a recommended next step, so the project team knows which parts of the model are anchored to observed performance and which still rest on assumption.
Ongoing advisory
Our senior team remains engaged through the capital raise, reviewing investor materials, preparing capital partner Q&A, refining the commercial model as feedback arrives, and joining stakeholder conversations both remotely and on the ground in Queensland.
